What data we handle
Identification and contact data: name, email, phone and the address where you receive a service.

Health data, which the law treats as sensitive: the reason for your visits, your doctor’s orders and prescriptions, and the services you request.
What we use it for
To create and manage your account; attend your visits, pharmacy orders and nursing visits; fill your prescriptions and deliver your orders; contact you about your requests and meet the obligations of health laws, such as the clinical record and the prescription log.
We use your data only for these purposes.
Your consent
By creating your account you accept this notice. For your health data we ask for express consent each time you send a request that includes it.
Who we share it with
With the medical, pharmacy and nursing staff who care for you; with the delivery service, only what is needed to deliver your order; and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent by writing to [privacy email] with your name, your account email and your request. We reply within the legal deadlines.
Cookies
We use a single cookie, needed to keep you signed in; it is deleted when you sign out or when it expires. Your browser also keeps two flags with no personal data: whether you saw the intro animation and whether a session is open.
