MediHome connects patients with medical, pharmacy and nursing staff for remote visits, medicine delivery and care at home.

MediHome handles scheduled visits and services. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Your account is personal. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can request services for people in your care with their permission.

The doctor decides on a prescription at each visit. Prescription medicines are filled only with a valid prescription, as the law requires.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page.
